Rapleaf Announces $1 Million Dollar Personalization Fund

San Francisco, CA – September 7, 2011

We are extremely excited to announce the creation of a $1 million dollar fund supporting applications focused on what we know best: data and personalization.

The Rapleaf Personalization Fund will help entrepreneurs get the tools and resources they need to get up and running by providing cash grants, free data, and services. The fund is being launched in conjunction with partners, including North Bridge Venture Partners, Rembrandt Ventures, Founders Fund, Highland Capital Partners, SoftTech VC, MIT Entrepreneurship Center, Harvard College Entrepreneurship Forum, Stanford BASES and many more.

“Rapleaf’s vision is to create a more personalized world,” says Rapleaf’s CEO, Auren Hoffman. “We are witnessing the rise of a vibrant ecosystem of data-focused applications, and we hope to catalyze more innovation around personalization.”
