About You

You’re a highly motivated, detail-oriented and quick-learning professional who can work independently with little oversight. You come armed with some digital marketing and account management experience. You feel at home setting and beating client expectations, providing exceptionally high service and building relationships with key customers. You must be comfortable working with demanding client requests and managing internal partners to achieve success. An efficient multitasker and administrative rock star, you can communicate, organize and provide service like it’s your job (because it will be).

Essential Job Functions

  • Interface with TowerData clients via telephone and email to procure, manage and deliver project-based database marketing services
  • Work in tandem with sales staff and the technical team to manage delivery schedules and deadlines and communicate updates to clients as needed
  • Maintain and build client relationships
  • Create and report on project status to the sales team
  • Independently resolve client issues
  • Log client interactions to HubSpot
  • Create, facilitate and organize client-facing documents for services processing
  • Interact with accounting to facilitate client invoicing

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
  • Ability to complete projects on tight deadlines
  • Fast learner with the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong computer and Internet skills
  • Ability to work with internal teams and advocate for the client
  • Positive, upbeat attitude

Nice-to-Haves

  • Email marketing experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
